Associate Vice President - Private Equity/Capital Raising - Industrials Sector

As a Senior Investment Banking Professional at NovaaOne Capital Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for providing strategic advisory services for mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, and other financial transactions within the Industrials sector. You will play a crucial role in driving deal execution and maintaining client relationships across various industrial sub-sectors including manufacturing, capital goods, infrastructure services, engineering, and logistics.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Support the execution of M&A, private equity, and capital raising transactions specifically within the Industrials sector.
• Independently manage key execution workstreams such as financial modeling, valuation, due diligence coordination, and documentation.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients on specific workstreams during ongoing mandates.
• Develop and oversee financial models, valuations, and conduct industry research.
• Provide strategic insights and advisory support to clients regarding capital markets and growth opportunities.
• Mentor and manage team members to foster a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth deal execution.
• Stay updated with current events, critical issues, and relevant news in the industry.
