Overview

We are actively building a pipeline of high-caliber Software Engineers (TS/SCI) to support a portfolio of mission-critical programs across DoD and Intelligence Community environments.

This role sits at the forefront of:

• Scalable backend systems
• Cloud-native application development
• AI-enabled and data-driven platforms

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend systems and APIs
• Build microservices architectures using Java (Spring Boot) or Python
• Develop and integrate RESTful and event-driven services
• Work within Agile / Scrum teams to deliver high-quality software
• Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability
• Contribute to cloud-native development environments (AWS, Azure)
• Collaborate across engineering teams to support secure, distributed systems
• Support development of AI/ML-enabled applications and data pipelines (where applicable)

What You Bring:

• Active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance (required)
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering
• Strong proficiency in:
• Java (Spring Boot) OR Python
• API development and microservices
• Object-oriented design and system architecture
• Experience with:
• Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or similar)
• Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development tools
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Preferred

• CI or FS Polygraph
• Experience with:
• Kubernetes / Docker
• Distributed systems or event-driven architectures
• AI/ML platforms or data engineering pipelines
• Experience supporting DoD, IC, or federal programs

Compensation

• Base Salary: $140K – $190K+
• Higher for poly-cleared and specialized experience
• Full benefits + long-term program stability
