Role Overview :

We are hiring a highly skilled Java Backend Developer with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Cassandra, and Kubernetes to work on large-scale enterprise applications and cloud-native microservices.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Design and develop scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices
• Develop event-driven systems using Kafka
• Manage high-volume distributed databases using Cassandra
• Deploy and manage containerized applications on Kubernetes
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, Architects, and Product teams
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes
• Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with : Java (Java 8/11/17), Spring Boot, Apache Kafka, Cassandra, Kubernetes.
• Expertise in Microservices Architecture
• Experience with REST APIs and distributed systems
• Strong understanding of multithreading and concurrency concepts
• Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD tools
• Familiarity with Docker and containerization
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong SQL/NoSQL database concepts

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with high-traffic enterprise applications
• Retail/eCommerce domain exposure preferred
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like Splunk, Grafana, or Prometheus
• Exposure to Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
