Pharmacy Technician in Pharmacy Services

Step into the role of Pharmacy Technician within our Pharmacy Services department. Utilize your strong work ethic and expertise in medication processing from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM.

We are seeking a registered Pharmacy Technician to enhance our team. Your responsibilities will include processing medication orders, receiving prescriptions, and compounding medications. Work closely with pharmacists while also managing health information in our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate according to standards set by the College of Pharmacists
• Process clinically reviewed medication orders
• Receive and verify authenticity of prescriptions
• Prepare and compound medications as required
• Ensure accuracy of dispensed prescriptions through final checks

Requirements

• Must be a registered Pharmacy Technician
• Knowledge of pharmacy laws and practices
• Strong attention to detail for medication accuracy
• Ability to maintain stock and perform clerical duties
• Experience with pharmacy information systems is a plus
