Responsibilities

• Perform haircuts, colour and styling services tailored to client preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and the salon environment.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and boost retail sales.
• Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments and handling customer inquiries.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products.
• Foster a friendly and professional atmosphere that encourages repeat business.

Experience

• Proven experience as a stylist, colourist, barber. assistant or in a similar role within the grooming industry is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Familiarity with retail sales techniques and upselling strategies is a plus.
• Knowledge of hair styling techniques, tools, and products is essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $18.00-$24.21 per hour
