As a Customer Support Specialist at Norlox Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you will be the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution through phone, email, and chat. You will troubleshoot basic technical and service-related problems, document cases in the ticketing system, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely solutions.
