Overview

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Office Assistant, Expediter, and Client Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This versatile role is ideal for individuals interested in gaining comprehensive office experience across administrative, customer service, and client support functions. The position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities and provides a valuable stepping stone into administrative and office management careers. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong communication skills to effectively support daily operations and client interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk duties including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
  • Assist with filing, document proofreading, and maintaining organized records for easy retrieval
  • Support customer service efforts by addressing client inquiries via phone, email, or in person, ensuring excellent phone etiquette and support
  • Coordinate scheduling and expedites for internal teams or clients to ensure timely project completion
  • Handle clerical tasks such as typing reports, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence
  • Support bookkeeping activities including basic data entry related to billing or invoicing processes
  • Assist with medical or dental office administrative functions if applicable, including patient record management and appointment scheduling
  • Maintain an organized workspace and ensure office supplies are stocked as needed

Experience

  • Prior office experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for all essential tasks
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks is highly desirable
  • Strong computer skills including data entry, typing proficiency, and familiarity with multi-line phone systems
  • Experience in clerical roles such as filing, proofreading, or front desk support is advantageous
  • Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and effective communication skills
