Senior Product Manager, Braintree, Essex

£65,000 to £75,000 per annum

Permanent | Full-time

Noble Recruiting are working with a leading software and technology business in Braintree to recruit an experienced Senior Product Manager. This is a key role for a commercially aware product professional with strong technical knowledge and experience within software, EPOS or payments.

You will take ownership of product strategy, product development and the full product lifecycle, helping shape products that are customer-focused, commercially strong and technically robust.

As Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with internal teams to turn customer needs and business goals into clear product direction. You will manage products from concept through to launch and ongoing improvement, ensuring they remain effective, compliant and fit for market.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the full product lifecycle from discovery through to delivery
  • Define and manage product roadmaps
  • Align product plans with business goals and growth strategy
  • Prioritise development based on customer value, commercial impact and technical feasibility
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the business
  • Support product innovation while maintaining performance and stability
  • Use customer feedback, market insight and operational data to improve products
  • Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for development
  • Ensure products meet compliance, security and regulatory requirements
  • Keep up to date with market trends across software, EPOS and payments

Experience required

  • At least 5 years’ experience in Product Management
  • Background within a software or technology-led business
  • Strong technical understanding of EPOS, payments or platform-based products
  • Experience managing products from concept to launch
  • Ability to balance customer needs with commercial goals
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Confident working across technical and non-technical teams
