Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Pharma Accounts Executive for our pharmaceutical manufacturing company. The candidate must have strong knowledge of Marg ERP and be capable of independently handling day-to-day accounting operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accounts in Marg ERP
- Sales and purchase entry management
- Bank reconciliation and cash book maintenance
- Vendor and customer ledger management
- Inventory and stock accounting
- Batch-wise and expiry-wise pharma stock tracking
- Invoice generation and documentation
- Follow-up for receivables and payment records
- Preparation of MIS reports and management reports
- Coordination with CA and auditors
Requirements
- B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharma accounts
- Strong working knowledge of Marg ERP (Mandatory)
- Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy
Preferred
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of batch-wise inventory and pharma billing processes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
