Locations: Chandigarh, Karnal, Kurukshetra, Yamunanagar, Amritsar, Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Patiala, Jaipur, Jodhpur

Salary: 4 LPA + Reimbursements + Lucrative Incentives

Experience: 3 to14 years in Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and develop potential insurance advisors in line with business goals.
• Build and manage a team of highly productive advisors.
• Set and achieve advisor sales targets consistently.
• Provide training, monitor development, and give regular performance feedback.
• Conduct periodic performance reviews of advisors.
• Maintain daily activity and recruitment tracker.

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA (Marketing) / Graduate in any stream with good academic record.
• 3 to 10 years of Sales experience in Finance, Banking, Consumer Durables, Telecom, or as a top-performing advisor (MDRT members preferred).
• Stable career history with at least 1.5 years tenure in each company.
• Strong communication skills in English and local language.
• Presentable, aggressive, and sales-driven with high positive energy.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and build a high-performing team.
• Strong networking skills to generate leads and recruit advisors.
• Candidate must be local or should have worked in the given location for 47 years.
