We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Health and Wellness Coordinator to join our team. Duties

• Develop, implement, and evaluate health and wellness programs tailored to diverse populations.
• Collect and analyze data related to program effectiveness and participant progress.
• Conduct educational sessions, workshops, and seminars on health topics through engaging public speaking.
• Provide personalized support and guidance to individuals with disabilities, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity.
• Supporting and working in Rural communities
• Working with Indigenous women, girls, Two-Spirit, 2SLGBTQI+ peoples, and Indigenous peoples with disabilities
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and stakeholders to enhance program reach and impact.
• Assist in creating educational materials and resources that promote healthy lifestyles.
• Monitor participant engagement and provide ongoing encouragement to foster sustained wellness habits.
• Maintain accurate records of program activities, participant feedback, and health outcomes.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in teaching or training roles.
• Strong background in data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and engage diverse populations.
• Ability to design educational content that is accessible and culturally sensitive.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and program management.
• A compassionate attitude coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Pay: From $30.00 per hour
