Ensure on-time delivery of spare parts to overseas manufacturing plant Ensure optimal inventory level in warehouse by close coordination with suppliers & customers. Achieve Supplier delivery achievement ratio (SDAR) & Shipment achievement ratio (SAR) KPIs. 2. PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES List the expected end results that must be achieved in order to fulfil your job purpose and the activities that help in achieving these results. EXPECTED END RESULTS MAJOR ACTIVITIES Ordering Control 1.Ensure Zero order blocking from customer end 2.Check Order Blocking every week& raise OCS if applicable 3. Get advance information for variation from all customers and get mutual agreement on supportability and Air shipment liability until backlog recovery. Take action plan & avoid excess and shortage order issue SDAR - Achieve 96% 1.Firm vs Forecast Analysis and Supplier Supportability Confirmation for N+1 Week MRD@ILN 2.Identify Critical Parts and detailed analysis on RM/Capacity Constraints and recovery plan for the same 3. Follow-up Supplier in-transit details and on time MRD. 3.Shipping Achievement Ratio (SAR)-96% 1. Plan container based on vanning cut off and part availability (Achieve CFR 68 m3 for targeted lanes ) 2. No container halt due to pricing issues 3.Ensure Air freight requests are shipped as per the requested schedule 4. Send DRI report and ASN shipping docs every week to customer as per cut off. 5. Air freight Control – Zero cost to NMIPL 1. No air freight cost under NMIPL liability 2. weekly delay Rans need to send to customer with reason and liability clearly 3. For the critical suppliers, Inform the risk, supportability plan and fix the liability to customer and supplier with mutual understanding 6. Inventory monitoring & control for whole ILN 1. Ensure the inventory levels at warehouse to increase cash flows & revenues 2. Cross functional team ( NITCO, Vantec, finance) 3. Lead quarterly inventory audit & ensure zero variance. 7. Monthly Finance reporting 1. BP & inventory calculations 2. BP submission for 2+10, 5+7, 7+5, 8+4 & 10+2. 3. Ensure new ITP gets rolled out without any delay for H1 & H2 8. Monitor KD operations 1. KD governance by ensuring the process & regulatory requirements are followed by NITCO team. 2. Work as bridge between NMIPL & NITCO to ensure all necessary escalations & support required for efficient KD operations 9. Scrap control 1. Monitor & control the ILN parts scrap monthly by leading the CFT ( NITCO, Vantec, QA) 2. Quarterly removal of scrapped parts through CFT coordination 4. MAJOR CHALLENGES Describe the major challenges you face in carrying out your job, and what you do in order to overcome them. To coordinate with CFTs to achieve KPI targets and to deliver appreciable performance under critical situations, To work efficiently & promptly with customers operating at different time zones to avoid any possible disruptions in part supply. Ensure ITP approvals before due dates & ensure system updation Unavailability of ADCP volumes resulting in data mismatch & delay in submitting forecasted volume to finance. 5. Do not state incumbent-specific information EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS MBA -General Management RELEVANT EXPERIENCE 10+ years PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS & BEHAVIOURS Positive attitude, Analytical and problem solving nature.
