Job Summary
We are seeking a professional, guest-oriented Front Office Associate to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in delivering a welcoming and high-quality hospitality experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for guest service. Candidates with a qualification in Hotel Management will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, manage the smooth check-in and check-out processes, and handle room assignments efficiently.
- Reservations & Billing: Handle walk-in inquiries, process telephone and online reservations, and accurately manage guest billing, cash handling, and card payments.
- Communication: Serve as the central hub of communication for guests, addressing queries, handling complaints professionally, and providing local information.
- Coordination: Coordinate closely with the Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and up to standard prior to guest arrival.
- Administration: Maintain clean and updated front desk logs, guest registers, and administrative records in accordance with hotel policies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Education: A Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management is highly preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in hotel front desk operations, guest relations, or a similar customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Language Skills: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills; fluency in local languages is a strong plus.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency; hands-on experience with Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) is highly desirable.
- Attributes: Professional grooming standards, a positive attitude, strong multi-tasking abilities, and the capacity to handle stressful situations calmly.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
