You will be part of a cross-functional Scrum team that develops and supports specific components of our end product. You will be working hand in hand with the other R&amp;D people. You will be involved in new feature development; provide input to POs and developers on the correct behavior of the system. You own the quality of the product, taking full responsibility for all functional – but also non-functional – aspects, like performance, stability, security, and maintainability. Serve as the quality leader for the group and is accountable for the product quality. Drive the team for continues improvement and innovate with quality assurance practices.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>How will you make an impact?</strong><strong> </strong></p> <p>Drive an <strong>AI-first quality mindset</strong>, leveraging automation and data insights to improve testing, defect detection, and overall product quality</p> <p>Design and execute <strong>AI-assisted test strategies</strong> (manual, automation, unit, integration, E2E, exploratory) for web and backend to ensure strong coverage</p> <p><strong>Own end-to-end quality</strong> of modules and releases, ensuring standards, reliability, and customer expectations are met</p> <p><strong>Identify defects early</strong>, proactively diagnose issues, and continuously improve test coverage and risk mitigation</p> <p>Lead <strong>test automation efforts</strong> and define QA strategy, deliverables, and ownership across the team</p> <p>Contribute to <strong>Discovery and Epic reviews</strong>, partner with stakeholders to identify risks, shape requirements, and ensure environment readiness and stability</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Have you got what it takes? </strong></p> <p>B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Industrial, or Electronics Engineering</p> <p>8–11 years of experience as an Automation QA Engineer</p> <p>Strong experience in <strong>test planning and execution</strong> for scalable applications</p> <p>Hands-on with <strong>Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript)</strong>; knowledge of Java/JavaScript is a plus</p> <p>Experience with <strong>AI-driven testing approaches</strong> and test management tools (TestLink, Xray)</p> <p>Good understanding of <strong>Agile (Scrum/Kanban)</strong> methodologies</p> <p>Experience with <strong>API testing (Postman), SQL, and microservices architecture</strong></p> <p>Familiarity with <strong>virtual environments, Windows, and shell operations</strong></p> <p>Hands-on in <strong>functional and non-functional testing</strong> with a strong quality mindset</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>You will have an advantage if you also have: </strong></p> <p>Experience in web &amp; backend testing</p> <p>Knowledge of HTTP and cloud (AWS preferred)</p> <p>Exposure to Telecom/UC systems</p> <p>Experience in risk-based testing &amp; CI/CD</p> <p>ISTQB/ISEB/TMap certification is a plus</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>What’s in it for you?</strong></p> <p>Join an ever-growing, market disrupting, global company where the teams – comprised of the best of the best – work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment!
