In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and hands-on execution, managing architectural subdomains within a large-scale platform. You will be responsible for guiding engineers toward correct technical paths, making high-stakes decisions, and relentlessly driving <strong>innovation</strong>&nbsp;and <strong>AI-first</strong>&nbsp;transformation across the organization.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>How will you make an impact?</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Technical Leadership:</strong>&nbsp;Lead and influence multiple engineering teams, ensuring architectural alignment and high-quality technical decisions across subdomains.</li> <li><strong>System Design:</strong>&nbsp;Architect resilient, multi-tenant cloud solutions and distributed event-driven systems that scale.</li> <li><strong>Stakeholder Management:</strong>&nbsp;Collaborate with product leaders, directors, and cross-functional teams to navigate complex requirements in a multi-domain environment.</li> <li><strong>API &amp; Integration Strategy:</strong>&nbsp;Define robust API management strategies and ensure system resiliency through modern integration patterns.</li> <li><strong>AI Integration:</strong>&nbsp;Evangelize and implement AI productivity tools (GitHub Copilot, Agents) and oversee the lifecycle of AI-driven applications utilizing LLMs.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Have you got what it takes?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Total 14+ years and relevant 8+ years’ experience as Software Architect .</li> <li><strong>Cloud Expertise:</strong>&nbsp;Proven track record of designing and deploying production-grade systems on <strong>AWS</strong>&nbsp;using a broad range of AWS native services.</li> <li><strong>Architectural Depth:</strong>&nbsp;Deep experience in <strong>Multi-tenant Cloud Architecture</strong>, Event-Driven Systems, and Resiliency Patterns &nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Polyglot Mindset:</strong>&nbsp;A "right tool for the job" approach, with a willingness to work across various languages and frameworks in an <strong>AI-first</strong>&nbsp;environment.</li> <li><strong>Communication:</strong>&nbsp;Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li> <li><strong>AI/LLM Proficiency:</strong>&nbsp;It will be good to have a person with practical understanding of AI project lifecycle specifically using LLMs and the use of AI agents to accelerate development</li> </ul> <ul> <li><strong>Backend:</strong>&nbsp;Advanced proficiency in <strong>Java and Springboot Framework</strong>. Exposure to <strong>Node.js </strong>will be a significant plus.</li> <li><strong>Infrastructure:</strong>&nbsp;Hands-on experience with <strong>AWS CloudFormation (YAML)</strong>&nbsp;and Infrastructure as Code.</li> <li><strong>Data:</strong>&nbsp;Strong mastery of <strong>SQL</strong>&nbsp;required</li> <li><strong>Big Data </strong>exposure to <strong>Apache Spark</strong>&nbsp;or Big Data processing will be a bonus.</li> <li><strong>Frontend:</strong>&nbsp;Solid understanding of modern <strong>UI frameworks</strong>&nbsp;and frontend development principles.</li> <li><strong>Tooling:</strong>&nbsp;Expert-level use of <strong>Jira, GitHub, GitHub Copilot</strong>, and <strong>Claude Code/other AI agents</strong>&nbsp;for productivity</li> <li><strong>Testing :</strong>&nbsp;good exposure to automation testing and frameworks for unit testing , integration testing , e2e testing, performance testing.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What’s in it for you?</strong></p> <p>Join an ever-growing, market disrupting, global company where the teams – comprised of the best of the best – work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment!
