And if you’re like us, we can offer you the ultimate career opportunity that will light a fire within you.</p></div><p><strong>Project Manager, NiCE Actimize</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;Role Summary</strong></p> <p>The Project Manager (PM) in NICE Actimize Professional Services is&nbsp;<strong>accountable for end‑to‑end delivery of client implementations</strong>, from Sales handover through Go‑Live and transition to Managed Services / Support.</p> <p>The PM owns&nbsp;<strong>delivery governance, scope, schedule, budget, risk management, and client communication</strong>, ensuring projects are delivered&nbsp;<strong>on time, within scope, and in line with contractual commitments</strong>, using the&nbsp;<strong>PS Actimize Project Delivery Methodology (PDM)</strong>.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;Key Responsibilities </strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain the&nbsp;<strong>integrated project plan</strong>, covering all XSE lifecycle phases</li> <li>Own&nbsp;<strong>scope, schedule, budget, and resource planning</strong></li> <li>Establish and maintain&nbsp;<strong>RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)</strong></li> <li>Define and manage the&nbsp;<strong>communication plan</strong>&nbsp;(weekly status, SteerCo, exec updates)</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Drive day‑to‑day execution across Business Analysis, Architecture, Data, Configuration, and Testing teams</li> <li>Track progress against milestones and proactively manage slippage</li> <li>Coordinate cross‑functional dependencies (PS, DevOps, AppOps, Product, Client)</li> <li>Act as the&nbsp;<strong>single point of accountability</strong>&nbsp;for delivery outcomes</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Manage&nbsp;<strong>scope changes</strong>&nbsp;through formal Change Request / Change Order processes</li> <li>Own&nbsp;<strong>project financials</strong>: forecasting, burn tracking, margin awareness, and invoicing alignment</li> <li>Escalate risks impacting scope, timeline, or commercials early and transparently</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Coordinate Go‑Live activities with Ops and Client teams</li> <li>Track and manage UAT issues to closure</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;Required Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p> <p><strong>Must‑Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>8–12+ years of experience in&nbsp;<strong>enterprise software / SaaS project management</strong></li> <li>Strong experience delivering&nbsp;<strong>Professional Services implementations</strong></li> <li>Proven ownership of&nbsp;<strong>scope, schedule, budget, RAID, and governance</strong></li> <li>Experience managing <strong>multiple</strong>,&nbsp;<strong>complex, multi‑stream, client‑facing programs</strong></li> <li>Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills</li> <li>Hands‑on experience with&nbsp;<strong>change control and financial tracking</strong></li> <li>Proven experience <strong>identifying, structuring, prioritizing, and resolving complex delivery problems</strong> across technology, data, and client domains</li> <li>Strong experience managing <strong>high</strong>‑<strong>severity delivery issues</strong>, including root‑cause analysis, corrective action planning, and executive escalation</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Good to Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in&nbsp;<strong>Actimize</strong>, <strong>Financial Crime, AML, Fraud, Compliance, or Banking technology</strong></li> <li>Exposure to&nbsp;<strong>cloud‑based enterprise platforms</strong></li> <li>Experience in service industry</li> <li>PMP / PRINCE2 / PMI or equivalent certification</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;Success Criteria for This Role</strong></p> <p>A successful Actimize PS Project Manager:</p> <ul> <li>Delivers projects&nbsp;<strong>predictably and transparently</strong></li> <li>Protects&nbsp;<strong>client trust and Actimize commercials</strong></li> <li>Escalates early, manages risk proactively, and avoids surprises</li> <li>Drives disciplined execution using&nbsp;<strong>Cloud &nbsp;PS methodologies</strong></li> <li>Ensures smooth transition from&nbsp;<strong>implementation to BAU support</strong></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em><strong>About NiCE </strong></em></p> <p><em>NICE Ltd.
