Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur for an Administrative Services Coordinator. Core responsibilities include providing administrative support, managing clerical tasks, coordinating office operations, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with accounting activities. The Coordinator will also act as a point of contact for internal and external communications while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the department.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to efficiently manage and organize office operations and records
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to interact effectively with team members and external stakeholders
- Basic Accounting skills and familiarity with financial record-keeping processes
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in relevant office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred
