Position Summary:
The Marketing CRM Specialist plays a critical role in driving customer engagement and marketing effectiveness through the strategic use of the company's CRM and marketing automation platforms. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing omni-channel campaigns that support lead generation, customer retention, and business growth. The specialist ensures data accuracy, improves segmentation and personalization strategies, and delivers insights through campaign analytics. Working closely with marketing, sales, and technology teams, this individual serves as a key resource in advancing CRM adoption, enhancing the customer journey, and maintaining digital marketing compliance.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in CRM management, marketing automation, or digital marketing operations
- Proficient with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Total Expert, or similar)
- Solid understanding of campaign execution, lead nurturing workflows, segmentation strategies, and data hygiene practices
- Demonstrated ability to build dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, engagement metrics, and conversion rates
- Experience managing CRM integrations and supporting cross-platform data flows (e.g., between LOS, POS, or analytics tools)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Collaborative team player with effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines
- Experience executing omni-channel campaigns (email, SMS, landing pages, etc.)
- Working knowledge of digital marketing compliance, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and data privacy best practices
Essential Job Functions include, but are not limited to
- Maintain and manage CRM data integrity, ensuring inbound and outbound contact data is clean and accurate.
- Build, schedule, and deploy automated, trigger-based omni-channel marketing campaigns.
- Monitor CRM activity and performance, generating dashboards and reports to evaluate ROI and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with sales teams to optimize CRM usage for lead management, follow-up, and client retention.
- Design and implement workflows and business rules to streamline sales and marketing processes.
- Identify opportunities for CRM enhancements and integrations with related systems.
- Support regular content uploads, including branded messaging and follow-up sequences for originators.
- Serve as the primary contact for CRM-related communications and campaign initiatives.
- Provide user support and CRM training to increase adoption across teams.
- Partner with marketing leadership to define CRM campaign strategies and customer segmentation.
- Build and maintain CRM reports to track user engagement, customer activity, and pull-through rates.
- Collaborate with IT or vendors on technical CRM updates, customizations, and system improvements.
- Ensure CRM campaigns and messaging align with company branding, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Apply knowledge of data architecture and system connections to ensure proper CRM integrations.
