Job DescriptionSales Analyst, TrueCapture and SoftwarePosition SummaryWe are seeking a highly talented Analyst to help drive our global sales programs. The Analyst will create and perform complex energy and financial models, generate quotations and comprehensive proposals based on technical requirements, project economics, and financial information acquired through a variety of channels.S/he will utilize the CRM tools to provide the team with a consistent and accurate view of global sales activity and come to Nextpower with extensive financial and business modeling experience. The Analyst will work closely with the Global Sales teams, Project Engineering, Logistics, Operations and Finance teams to ensure that Nextpower is consistently exceeds customer expectations. The Sales Analyst, TrueCapture - Software and Services will be based in Hyderabad, IN.Here Is a Glimpse Of What Youll DoWorking with Sales Leads, Project Engineering, and Sales Ops, you will assume functional control of complex multi-M opportunities and usher them through the NX sale process from Customer RFP to contract execution and handoff.Create and maintain sales models, ensuring a positive contribution margin on all Nextpower salesWork closely with the Global Sales/Business Development Team on creative deal structuring and bid strategySupport Sales Leads through contract negotiation and redlining processSupport new commercial structure initiatives product offeringsTrack sales activities using NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRMManage all CRM system reporting, improvements, and modificationsGenerate sales reports and presentations and present them to a wide variety of stakeholdersContinually streamline, standardize, and improve proposal templates, bankability binders, and client presentationsForm excellent working relationships with other Nextpower departments, including Customer Applications, Cost Accounting, Logistics, and Engineering to ensure on-time delivery and best-in-class quality of all Nextpower productsActively contribute to the development of the Software and Services Sales DivisionIndicators (KPIs) For Measuring Success In This RoleAchieving and exceeding group sales targetsData cleanliness in CRM systemsAbility to coordinate and drive different departments to hit customer due datesSupport of other team membersAccuracy and completeness of handoff packages for the Operations teamExperience And Qualifications1-3 years of experience of relevant B2B Sales Support experience in a sales analysis, financial analysis, business development, and/or program management roleHighly competitive drive and motivation to ramp an industry disrupting technologyTrack record of achieving results by assessing key elements required, mapping actions, and influencing stakeholders cross functionally including Sales, Product Management, and EngineeringAbility to identify and address process flow gaps, and develop solutions to empower prioritization and team accountability through the RFI to deal close cycleProven analytical backgroundExcellent written and oral communication skillsDemonstrated attention to detail in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExperience utilizing CRM (Salesforce preferred) and ERP (NetSuite preferred) systemsIntermediate to Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPointSolar experience and passion for solar are always a plusAt Nextpower, we are driving the global energy transition with an integrated clean energy technology platform that combines intelligent structural, electrical, and digital solutions for utility-scale power plants.
