Role Description

We are looking for energetic and persuasive Sales Interns to join our admissions team. The primary focus of this role is to engage with prospective students who have expressed interest through our digital platforms, guide them through their study abroad options, and convert leads into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management: Call digitally generated leads to understand their academic background and study abroad aspirations.

Counseling: Provide detailed information about international universities, courses, and the application process.

Conversion: Effectively follow up with prospective students and parents to convert inquiries into admissions.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily calls, lead status, and feedback in our tracking system.

Goal Orientation: Meet weekly targets for student engagement and successful registrations.

Please note: Its a inside sales role and performance will be judged on input and output. Input metrics will involve number of dials, connected calls, talktime and successful walkins generated per day. Out put will be purely judged on target vs achievement.

Working days:

6 days a week. 10.30 am to 7.30pm

Qualifications & Skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.

A strong interest in sales, marketing, or the international education sector.

Ability to handle objections and build rapport over the phone.

Result-oriented mindset with a drive to hit targets.

Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word).

Compensation & Benefits:

Fixed Salary Rs 25000 per month. Office is in Vikhroli West.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Educational Consulting and Education-related guidance.
• Expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling, with a focus on understanding individual student needs.
• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate ideas and foster trust with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of global higher education institutions and admission processes is an asset.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is required; additional certifications in counseling or education are advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in face-to-face interactions.
