We're looking for an SEO / AEO / GEO Specialist to own organic growth and AI visibility fulfillment across our client portfolio. You'll handle content writing, editorial link building, content posting and editing, and AI search optimization for multifamily, commercial real estate, and local service clients. You'll work directly with the founder and operate with a high degree of autonomy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write SEO-optimized content using AI tools as part of a structured workflow
- Plan and execute editorial link building campaigns (guest posts, digital PR, resource links)
- Optimize client content for AI search visibility (Google AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity)
- Manage content calendars and posting schedules across client accounts
- Edit and QA content before publishing
- Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and AI search appearances
- Report monthly per client with clear before/after tracking
Required:
- 3+ years SEO content writing and link building experience (agency preferred)
- Proven editorial outreach results (not directory submissions or web 2.0 properties)
- Published SEO content portfolio
- Proficiency with AI writing tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini)
- Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, or equivalent SEO tools
- Google Search Console and Analytics familiarity
Preferred
- Experience optimizing for AI search engines
- Local SEO background in multifamily, real estate, or service industries
- Structured data / schema markup knowledge
- Google Business Profile optimization experience
