Job Description

As a Digital Demand Generation Manager at the company, your primary focus will be on designing and executing digital demand generation programs to create enterprise opportunities. You will work closely with the Enterprise Sales and Business Development teams to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) that convert into sales pipeline. Your responsibilities will include supporting the company's new logo acquisition strategy through targeted digital campaigns and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns to engage key buying groups within enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute digital demand generation programs
  • Generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
  • Support new logo acquisition strategy through digital campaigns
  • Identify target enterprise accounts for ABM campaigns
  • Execute ABM campaigns via LinkedIn, digital platforms, webinars, and industry events
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns including LinkedIn, Google Ads, industry newsletters, and email outreach campaigns
  • Manage external vendors responsible for website management, SEO, and marketing automation
  • Track and optimize campaigns based on lead generation, cost per lead, conversion to opportunities, and pipeline contribution
  • Work closely with Enterprise Sales and Business Development teams
  • Run campaigns around strategic partner ecosystems such as Atlassian, AWS, Salesforce, and enterprise technology solutions

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing / Demand Generation in IT Industry
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or appropriate field

Required Skills

  • Proven experience generating enterprise leads through digital campaigns
  • Strong experience running LinkedIn and paid digital campaigns
  • Experience working with sales teams in revenue-driven environments
  • Strong understanding of B2B enterprise buying cycles
  • Experience marketing enterprise IT solutions or digital transformation services
  • Exposure to partner-led ecosystems such as Atlassian, AWS, or enterprise software platforms
  • Experience running Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns
  • Executive-level communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with pipeline and revenue metrics
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship building skills
