This role requires strong commercial acumen, enterprise selling expertise, and leadership capability to scale Newton’s presence across agencies, brands, and strategic partners.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Revenue Leadership &amp; Market Expansion</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own and deliver country-level revenue targets across enterprise and mid-market segments.</li> <li>Develop and execute a scalable GTM strategy aligned with Newton’s positioning in iOS growth and performance marketing.</li> <li>Build and maintain a strong pipeline across agencies, trading desks, app-first brands, and performance-led advertisers.</li> <li>Identify new verticals and strategic partnerships to accelerate market share.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Enterprise Sales &amp; Strategic Partnerships</strong></p> <ul> <li>Engage CMOs, CXOs, and growth leaders to position Newton as a strategic iOS growth partner.</li> <li>Lead complex, high-value deal negotiations and long-term commercial partnerships.</li> <li>Evangelize Newton’s Apple Ads, ASO, and AI-driven capabilities across the ecosystem.</li> <li>Represent Newton at industry forums and leadership platforms.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Team Leadership &amp; Sales Governance</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team.</li> <li>Drive forecasting accuracy, pipeline discipline, and revenue visibility.</li> <li>Instill a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance excellence.</li> <li>Align sales incentives and operating cadence with business objectives.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner closely with Account Strategy, Client Success, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams for seamless execution.</li> <li>Provide structured market feedback to Product and Data Science teams to strengthen platform evolution.</li> <li>Ensure strong collaboration with Apple and global stakeholders.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience: 10–15 years in digital advertising, adtech, martech, SaaS, or enterprise technology sales.</li> <li>Leadership: Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams.</li> <li>Revenue Ownership: Demonstrated success in owning and exceeding aggressive revenue targets.</li> <li>Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of programmatic, mobile app growth, and performance marketing ecosystems.</li> <li>Enterprise Selling: Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.</li> <li>Communication: Strong executive presence and stakeholder management capability.</li> </ul>
