Location: Yavatmal / Buldhana / Amravati / Washim

Salary: ₹4,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per year + incentives

Position Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (Franchise Expansion) to drive pharmacy franchise growth across the Vidarbha Division districts in Maharashtra (Yavatmal / Buldhana / Amravati / Washim ). You will be responsible for the full recruitment and onboarding cycle — from identifying prospects to ensuring new stores are active and performing.

Detailed Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a strong lead pipeline of prospective franchise partners in the Yavatmal / Buldhana / Amravati / Washim region
Conduct franchise opportunity meetings with business owners and local investors
Close franchise partner agreements and complete registration formalities
Map high-potential locations for new store openings across the territory
Work with FDMs to ensure smooth store setup and on-time launch
Ensure proper welcome stock placement at newly launched franchise stores
Track new store performance during the activation phase and intervene where needed
Guide and mentor Franchise Development Managers in the team

Required Profile

4–8 years of franchise recruitment, field sales, or dealer development experience
Pharma, FMCG, Retail, Franchise, or Distribution background strongly preferred
Ability to work independently in a field-heavy environment
Strong knowledge of Yavatmal / Buldhana / Amravati / Washim markets preferred
Excellent communication skills

CTC: ₹4,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum + incentives

Employment: Permanent full-time
