Job Description
Join our award-winning team as an Esthetician and be a part of a premier skincare experience! We are seeking a talented and experienced esthetician to deliver outstanding guest services using Dermalogica skincare products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a range of facial treatments, from basic to advanced.
- Provide additional treatments including steam showers, paraffin, aromatherapy, nano needling, microneedling, dermaplaning, and more.
- Perform hair removal services such as waxing and threading.
- Offer brow and lash services including tinting, laminating, and perming.
- Ensure exceptional customer service to achieve high levels of client satisfaction.
- Educate clients on skincare products and appropriate home care.
- Maintain the salon and spa’s rigorous cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory and upkeep of necessary equipment for services.
Qualifications
- Valid Esthetician license in the State of Maryland.
- Experience in a luxury spa setting is a plus.
- Familiarity with Dermalogica products is a plus.
- Professional demeanor and commitment to excellence.
