Office & Warehouse Operations Coordinator

Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and organized person to support both office administration and warehouse operations. The successful candidate will help ensure orders are processed accurately, deliveries leave on time, inventory is organized, and daily operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
Office Duties
- Check and respond to emails
- Process customer orders
- Prepare invoices and paperwork
- Follow up on customer and supplier backorders
- Assist with inventory control
- Data entry and filing
- Support accounts receivable and purchase orders
- General office administration
Warehouse Duties
- Receive and check incoming shipments
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory
- Prepare and verify customer orders
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks
- Ensure all orders are shipped accurately and on time
- Keep warehouse clean and organized
- Return products to proper storage locations
- Perform inventory counts as required
Delivery Support
- Verify delivery orders before trucks leave
- Assist drivers with paperwork and invoices
- Check that all products are loaded correctly
- Help coordinate delivery schedules when needed
Qualifications
- Good organizational skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Email, Excel, Microsoft Office)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Good communication skills
- Forklift experience is an asset (not required)
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or office administration is an asset
