React Native - Lead

As a Senior Lead Engineer React Native at our company, you will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of our mobile platform and delivering enterprise-grade mobile experiences. You will work closely with various teams to build highly responsive, secure, and maintainable iOS and Android applications. Here's what you can expect to be doing:

• Provide technical leadership and oversee daily mobile engineering operations.
• Define and drive the mobile architecture strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript.

• Design clean navigation, deep linking, and mobile routing strategies.
• Implement secure authentication flows and drive native module integrations for SDKs.

• Lead app release management, versioning strategy, and store compliance.
• Ensure adherence to mobile security best practices, privacy compliance, and accessibility standards.
• Partner with backend teams to define API contracts and optimize mobile-backend interactions.
• Champion automated testing and code quality standards.
• Mentor engineers and participate in architecture reviews and roadmap planning for long-term mobile platform scalability.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on mobile development experience.
• 4+ years leading React Native applications in production environments.
• Proven experience delivering apps to both Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Experience working with cloud-based backends.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps best practices.
• Demonstrated leadership experience mentoring engineers and guiding technical direction.
