Job Summary
We are looking for a caring, responsible, and physically active individual to provide personal care and fitness support for a 63-year-old individual. The successful candidate will assist with daily exercise routines, mobility activities, companionship, and overall well-being.
Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise daily exercise, stretching, and fitness activities.
- Assist with walking, mobility, and physical activities.
- Encourage a healthy and active lifestyle.
- Accompany the individual to appointments, outdoor activities, and errands when required.
- Monitor physical condition and report any concerns to family members.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with light daily activities as needed.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment at all times.
Requirements
- Experience in fitness training, caregiving, physiotherapy assistance, or a related field.
- Knowledge of senior fitness and wellness programs.
- Patient, trustworthy, and compassionate personality.
- Good communication skills.
- Physically fit and energetic.
- Basic First Aid certification is an advantage.
- Possession of a Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with seniors.
- Background in fitness coaching, sports science, physiotherapy assistance, or caregiving.
- Ability to motivate and encourage an active lifestyle.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
