The Role
This is a Sales Development Representative role focused on building high-quality enterprise pipeline.
You will work directly with a Senior Account Executive to identify, engage, and qualify enterprise prospects. Your role is to open doors and create real opportunities, not just generate activity.
This is a high-impact, execution-driven role where success is measured by the quality of pipeline you create and convert into meetings and opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and target enterprise accounts aligned to NetSfere’s ICP
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Engage CIOs, CISOs, IT leaders, and business stakeholders
- Qualify prospects based on business need, timing, and fit
- Schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives
- Partner closely with AEs to build and execute account strategies
- Follow up on inbound leads and marketing campaigns
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in Salesforce and sales tools
- Continuously refine messaging based on what works in the market
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, or inside SaaS sales roles
- Strong interest in enterprise sales and pipeline generation
- Proven ability (or clear potential) to prospect, engage, and qualify leads
- Excellent communication skills—clear, confident, and persistent
- High level of drive, discipline, and resilience
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Experience using Salesforce and sales engagement tools is a plus
