• Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Program Manager – AI & Generative AI to lead and orchestrate large-scale AI programs across engineering, data science, product, and business teams. This role owns end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives—from strategy and planning to execution, governance, and outcomes—ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery of complex AI and GenAI solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong program management fundamentals with a solid understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI systems, and can operate comfortably with senior stakeholders, technical leads, and delivery teams.

• Key Responsibilities

Own and manage end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and Generative AI programs, including RAG systems, LLM applications, agentic workflows, and automation platforms.

Define program scope, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.

Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, AI/ML, product, cloud, QA, and business) to ensure seamless execution.

Establish and track program governance, risk management, issue resolution, and dependency management.

Translate business requirements into executable program plans in collaboration with Technical Leads and Product Managers.

Ensure alignment across multiple concurrent AI initiatives and manage inter-program dependencies.

Track delivery KPIs, budget, resourcing, and timelines; provide clear status reporting to leadership.

Drive Agile / Hybrid delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe where applicable) across AI teams.

Support go-to-market readiness, client deployments, and enterprise-scale rollouts of AI solutions.

Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, Responsible AI, and enterprise governance standards.

• Required Skills & Experience

7–10 years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, or Delivery Management.

Proven experience managing complex technology programs, preferably in AI/ML, data, or cloud platforms.

Strong understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, model lifecycle, MLOps) — technical depth sufficient to engage credibly with engineers.

Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and AI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, SageMaker).

Hands-on experience with Agile delivery frameworks and tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.).

Excellent stakeholder management skills, including leadership-level reporting and decision facilitation.

Strong risk, dependency, and change management capabilities.

• Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience delivering enterprise AI or GenAI products at scale.

Exposure to multi-agent systems, AI platforms, or data-intensive programs.

Familiarity with Responsible AI, compliance, and enterprise data governance.

PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications are a plus.
