Its ground-breaking Next-Gen platform provides IT operations teams with the ability to scale their hybrid multi-cloud connected networks by automating the processes associated with Diagnostic Troubleshooting, Outage Prevention and Protected Change Management.  Today, over 2,500 of the world’s largest enterprises and managed services providers leverage NetBrain’s platform.</div>What We Need NetBrain is seeking a Strategic Technology Alliances Manager to expand and activate our ecosystem of technology and consulting partners. This role focuses on identifying and evangelizing joint value between NetBrain and adjacent platforms—helping customers and partners understand how integrated solutions can deliver greater operational impact. This is a customer-facing, individual contributor role that bridges product innovation and go-to-market execution. You will not be responsible for building integrations, but for ensuring the value of those integrations is clearly articulated, adopted, and scaled across the ecosystem.   The Impact You'll Make NetBrain sits within a dense ecosystem of technologies used by the world’s largest enterprises. This role is critical in ensuring we don’t just integrate into that ecosystem—but actively shape and amplify the value created across it. Success is measured by the activation and adoption of joint solutions, not just the existence of partnerships.   What You'll Do <ul> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Identify and develop strategic alliances with software and hardware technology partners (e.g., ServiceNow, Dynatrace, ThousandEyes)</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Drive the go-to-market activation of joint solutions, ensuring successful launch, positioning, and customer adoption</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner with Product and R&D to stay aligned on integration priorities and translate them into compelling external narratives</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Track and report on alliance success metrics including partner agreements, joint launches, and customer adoption</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with Marketing to support joint campaigns, webinars, and partner-facing content</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Engage directly with customers and partners to position the future-state value of integrated solutions</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proactively identify new ecosystem opportunities and bring them forward for evaluation and activation</li> </ul>   What You Bring <ul> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience working with or within enterprise technology ecosystems (networking, observability, ITSM, or adjacent domains)</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Background in a network vendor, SaaS company, or consulting/partner organization</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proven ability to influence without authority and drive cross-functional alignment</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Highly proactive, self-directed, and results-oriented mindset</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and business audiences</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Willingness to travel within your territory as required.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manual Dexterity: Repetitive motion of wrists, hands and fingers for using a computer.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Stationary Tasks: Sitting for extended periods, remaining in a stationary position.</li> </ul>   What We Offer Our comprehensive compensation package is vital in how we recognize our people for the impact they make on us reaching our goals as a company. For this role, the estimated base is $175,000 - $210,000 + Bonus. The actual salary may vary based on a range of factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The range listed above is a guideline and may be modified.
