Work with sales and marketing to understand the customer needs, pain points, and journey to inform product positioning and messaging.</span></li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;">Product Launch Management: Lead and manage the rollout of new product launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment and execution. Coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure smooth and successful launches.</span></li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;">Content and training Development: Manage the creation of high-quality content and training for new releases.</span></li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;">Reporting &amp; Analysis: Monitor and report on campaign successes, customer feedback, and market trends, and recommend opportunities for improvement for products in the market.
