This role sits at the center of go-to-market execution, translating strategy into coordinated programs that connect the right message to the right audience at the right time. You will work cross-functionally across the Integrated Marketing organization—including Field Marketing, Events, Partner Marketing, and Customer Marketing—while partnering closely with Product Marketing, Sales, BDR, Marketing Operations, and external agencies. This is a high-impact builder role for someone who thrives equally in strategy, execution, and cross-functional orchestration. What You'll Do Integrated Campaign Strategy & Execution <ul> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Build and execute integrated campaigns aligned to company priorities, product launches, industry moments, and revenue goals.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Translate messaging and positioning into campaign plans spanning digital, email, content, webinars, field programs, events, partner motions, and customer expansion opportunities.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Develop campaign briefs, timelines, workflows, and success metrics to ensure flawless execution.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage campaign calendars and coordinate launches across multiple concurrent priorities.</li> </ul> Cross-Functional Campaign Orchestration <ul> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Serve as the central quarterback across Field Marketing, Events, Partner Marketing, Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, BDR, Creative, and Operations teams.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ensure messaging consistency, timing alignment, and accountability across stakeholders.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Help unify multiple tactics into one coordinated market motion rather than disconnected activities.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support sellers and BDR teams with campaign context, messaging, and activation plans.</li> </ul> Pipeline & Revenue Contribution <ul> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Build campaigns that create net-new pipeline, accelerate open opportunities, and support expansion within existing accounts.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Partner with Sales, BDR, and Customer Marketing teams to align campaigns to funnel priorities and territory needs.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support account-based and segment-based campaign motions for priority accounts and buying groups.</li> </ul> Performance & Optimization <ul> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Define campaign KPIs including engagement, meetings, pipeline creation, influenced pipeline, velocity, attendance, and ROI.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations to improve outcomes.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Run testing across offers, audiences, messaging, and channels to continuously improve results.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Present campaign insights and business impact to leadership.</li> </ul> Audience & Segmentation <ul> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Partner with Marketing Operations to target priority accounts, personas, industries, customer segments, and regions.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Help operationalize ICP-based campaigns and tiered targeting strategies.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ensure personalization is used where it drives the most impact.</li> </ul> AI & Modern Marketing Execution <ul> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Use AI tools to accelerate campaign planning, content creation, reporting, testing, and operational efficiency.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Bring new ideas that improve speed, quality, and campaign performance.</li> </ul> What You Bring <ul> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, integrated campaigns, field marketing, demand generation, or related go-to-market roles.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proven success building multi-channel campaigns that generate measurable pipeline impact.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong understanding of modern B2B channels including email, webinars, events, paid media, partner marketing, customer lifecycle marketing, and outbound support motions.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong communicator who can align stakeholders and drive momentum in matrixed organizations.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Stationary Tasks: Sitting for extended periods, remaining in a stationary position.</li> </ul>   What We Offer Our comprehensive compensation package is vital in how we recognize our people for the impact they make on us reaching our goals as a company. For this role, the estimated base is $115,000 – $140,000 + Bonus. The actual salary may vary based on a range of factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The range listed above is a guideline and may be modified.
