At NetApp, as a Staff Business Intelligence Analyst, you will collaborate with various teams such as Product, Engineering, Finance, and Business Operations to define crucial metrics, design scalable dashboards, and create the foundational analytics for guiding significant business decisions. Key Responsibilities:
- Define KPIs, metric frameworks, and analytical models to steer business and product decisions effectively.
- Utilize BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, and ThoughtSpot to develop comprehensive dashboards for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Work with data warehousing technologies such as Snowflake, Redshift, and BigQuery to model layered datasets for analytical purposes.
- Collaborate with IT and Data Engineering teams to source, transform, validate, and operationalize data.
- Proficient in SQL and capable of crafting complex queries on large, structured, and semi-structured datasets.
- Engage with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Business Operations to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and maintain analytical quality assurance standards.
