As a Senior Lead Java Developer with 10+ years of experience, you will have the opportunity to lead, mentor, and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Kubernetes will be crucial in designing and developing scalable microservices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality, scalable microservices
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for multiple services or subsystems
- Own service performance, SLAs, and incident resolutions
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical interviews
- Participate in production war rooms and troubleshooting
- Lead development efforts and drive code quality
Qualification Required:
- BE/B.Tech or equivalent degree

The company is looking for candidates with at least 8 years of hands-on experience with Core Java and Spring Boot. Expertise in Multithreading, Dependency Injection, and AOP is required. Strong knowledge in Microservices Architecture, RESTful services, SQL & NoSQL databases, Git, Kubernetes deployments, APM tools (preferably New Relic), distributed tracing, log analysis, debugging, and performance optimization is essential for this role.
