Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Medical Coordination & Sales Executive to coordinate with pharmaceutical companies and ensure smooth execution of medical tests through their representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with pharma companies and ensure smooth execution of medical tests.
• Track test completion and maintain accurate reports.
• Visit doctors to pitch and promote company products and drive revenue.
• Build strong relationships with doctors and collect feedback.
• Train phlebotomists (phelbos) on test procedures, sample collection, and documentation.
• Ensure timely reporting, quality control, and adherence to standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with pharma companies and field representatives.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow up consistently.
