IT Network Engineer

Job description

Job Title: Network EngineerExperience Required: 3–4 Years

Key Responsibilities:

· Hands on experience and Good understanding of network infrastructure components such as firewalls, Active Directory (AD), and servers to ensure consistent system availability and performance.

· Diagnose and resolve day-to-day IT issues related to endpoints and network devices, including printers, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points.

· Carry out basic network configuration, routine monitoring, and maintenance activities to maintain secure and reliable connectivity across the organization.

· Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to address escalated issues and drive enhancements in network efficiency.

· Possess effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical matters clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
