We are expanding our residential footprint across the PA suburbs and are looking for three hungry, resilient Lead Generation Specialists to walk storm-affected neighborhoods, identify damage, and set appointments for our ownership team to run.

We only have 3 positions remaining. Once they’re filled, we’re closed.

You don’t have to close sales. You just need to break the ice and book the appointment. We handle the rest — and you get paid at every step of the way.

The Pay Structure (Radical Transparency)

We want you making $45+ an hour, and we have the math to back it up. Your time is protected with a guaranteed base, and your performance is heavily rewarded on top of it.

• The Floor: $20.00 / hour guaranteed
• The Drive: $20.00 / day flat gas stipend (tax-free)
• The Lead: $20.00 for every appointment you set
• The Sit: $50.00 when the homeowner officially files a claim
• The Win: $200.00 when the job is contracted and approved

What that looks like in reality:

An “Average” week (30 hrs): 10 leads, 5 claims, 2 closes → $1,350 for the week ($45/hr)

That’s not a ceiling. That’s a Tuesday.

An “Elite” week (30 hrs): 15 leads, 10 claims, 5 closes → $1,900+ for the week ($63/hr)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Working a 30-hour weekly schedule — afternoons and early evenings are prime time
• Navigating targeted residential neighborhoods in your own vehicle
• Knocking on doors and starting brief, friendly conversations with homeowners
• Following a proven, simple script to set appointments
• Using our app to track your territory and log your leads

What You Need to Win

• Grit — You’ll hear “no” a lot. You need the mental toughness to smile and knock on the next door.
• Reliability — Your own vehicle and a smartphone are non-negotiable.
• Energy — You’re the first impression of a 20-year company. Charisma matters.
• Stamina — You’ll be on your feet, walking neighborhoods 5 to 6 hours a day in varying weather.
• Coachable Mindset — No roofing or exterior experience required. If you can memorize a script and apply feedback, we’ll teach you everything else.
