Job Description

Naylor Building Partnerships Inc. is currently looking for a dynamic, hardworking HVAC Journeyperson (313A) with GT1 (preferred) to join our team, focusing on providing exceptional HVAC Service work to our customers in the Whitby area.

Requirements

  • Related Pre-Apprenticeship training
  • 313A Refrigeration and A/C Systems Mechanic licence required
  • GT1 Gas Technician license required
  • Ozone Depletion Prevention certification
  • Minimum 4-5 years’ experience as a Journeyperson/ Apprentice with service experience in Industrial, Commercial & Institutional (ICI) environments
  • Experience with chillers considered an asset
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service through clear and consistent verbal communication and detailed written reporting
  • Completion of Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platform training considered an asset
  • Valid Ontario Driver’s licence and insurable on our fleet policy
  • Ability to obtain a clean security clearance check
  • Ability to work on call shifts is required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mechanical and electrical skills
  • Computer aptitude
