Job Description
Naylor Building Partnerships Inc. is currently looking for a dynamic, hardworking HVAC Journeyperson (313A) with GT1 (preferred) to join our team, focusing on providing exceptional HVAC Service work to our customers in the Whitby area.

Requirements
- Related Pre-Apprenticeship training
- 313A Refrigeration and A/C Systems Mechanic licence required
- GT1 Gas Technician license required
- Ozone Depletion Prevention certification
- Minimum 4-5 years’ experience as a Journeyperson/ Apprentice with service experience in Industrial, Commercial & Institutional (ICI) environments
- Experience with chillers considered an asset
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service through clear and consistent verbal communication and detailed written reporting
- Completion of Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platform training considered an asset
- Valid Ontario Driver’s licence and insurable on our fleet policy
- Ability to obtain a clean security clearance check
- Ability to work on call shifts is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Mechanical and electrical skills
- Computer aptitude
