Qualifications & Experience
- 3-7 years of experience in programme management or executive education
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High organisational capability with attention to detail
- Ability to work confidently with senior faculty and industry professionals
Key Responsibilities
- Programme Design & Experience Architecture
- Work closely with programme leadership to translate academic vision into coherent, well-sequenced residencies and learning journeys, ensuring intellectual design is reflected in participant experience.
- Develop detailed programme calendars, run-books, and experience blueprints that align faculty flow, participant engagement, and on-ground execution.
- Anticipate friction points in programme structure and proactively refine delivery for coherence and quality.
2. Faculty & Participant Experience
- Serve as the primary interface for faculty and participants, managing communication, context-setting, schedules, travel, accommodation, and technical requirements to ensure seamless delivery.
- Coordinate pre-session briefings, onboarding materials, welcome kits, and post-session follow-ups to support continuity across programme touchpoints.
- Manage digital communication channels and foster a high-trust, responsive learning environment.
3. Operations & Logistics
- Manage programme logistics from pre-programme planning through execution and closure, including travel, accommodation, food and beverage, venue setup, and vendor coordination.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless on-ground delivery and real-time issue resolution during key programme moments.
4. Information Management & Reporting
- Maintain records of vendor contracts, budgets, timelines, attendance, and programme documentation.
- Manage shared calendars, communication repositories, and institutional memory systems to support scale and continuity.
- Track operational KPIs, compile participant feedback, and provide structured progress updates to programme leadership.
