Job Summary
The Retail Customer Service Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer experiences by assisting shoppers, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth store operations. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a friendly, helpful attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
- Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and store policies
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Operate cash registers and process payments (cash, card, digital)
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Restock shelves and ensure product availability
- Assist in inventory management and stock checks
- Promote products and upsell when appropriate
- Follow company procedures for security, safety, and loss prevention
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9,742.11 - ₹20,124.73 per month
