DESCRIPTION OF PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and hiring of candidates across multiple roles.

· Source and attract qualified candidates through diverse channels such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, and networking events.

· Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and team dynamics, providing ongoing guidance throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

· Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent while supporting both short-term and long-term hiring goals.

· Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate video and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

· Schedule interviews, gather feedback from hiring managers, and ensure timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the process.

· Manage the offer process, including compensation discussions and negotiations, ensuring alignment with internal guidelines and candidate expectations.

· Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, ensuring a positive candidate-to-employee transition.

· Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).

· Stay informed on recruitment trends, industry innovations, best practices, and changes in employment legislation to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

· Build strong, service-oriented relationships with clients and stakeholders by understanding their business needs, challenges, and hiring priorities.

· Ensure full compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and hiring.

· Work independently while effectively collaborating with a distributed recruitment team.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

· 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruitment.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions at once.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· High level of attention to detail and professionalism.

· Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, In-house Software Systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Pay: $30.00-$32.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
