Role Description
We are looking for a friendly and energetic Part-Time Sales Associate to support evening store operations and provide a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers during evening hours, especially mothers and families
- Show products, help with sizes, and suggest suitable options
- Support in increasing sales through product suggestions and combos
- Help maintain store cleanliness, folding, and product arrangement
- Assist with trial handling and customer support during busy hours
- Support billing process when required
- Assist in closing activities and organizing the store
Requirements
- Minimum 10th/12th pass
- Good communication skills (Tamil required, basic English preferred)
- Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude
- Comfortable interacting with children and families
- Willingness to learn and support team operations
- Prior retail experience is a plus but not mandatory
Working Hours:
- 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- Weekend availability is mandatory
- Weekly 1 day off (weekday, flexible)
