Job Description

As a Faculty member at NMIMS, your role involves:

  • Undertaking responsibilities in Teaching Excellence, Curriculum Development, Research and Industry Insight, Mentorship, Collaboration, and Professional Development.

You should demonstrate skills in:

  • Social Media Management, AI, Digital Advertising, Analytics, Digital tools, Mobile Marketing, Social Platforms, Media planning and buying, Video production, SEO/SEM, Meta for Business, Martech/Performance Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and Programmatic Advertising.
  • Subject knowledge of Retail Management, Sales & Distribution, and Marketing Strategy would be an added advantage.
  • Teaching experience at the university level is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifying Criteria for Professor position include:

  • Ph.D. with First Class in a Masters Degree in concerned/relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 10 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
  • Minimum Research Score of 120.
  • Successfully guided at least 2 doctoral candidates.
  • 10-15 years of experience in teaching/research/industry.
  • Published work of high quality in peer-reviewed or UGC listed Journals.

For Associate Professor, the criteria are:

  • Ph.D. with First Class in a Masters Degree in concerned/relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 7 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
  • Minimum Research Score of 75.
  • 8 years of full-time experience in teaching/research/industry.
  • Published work of high quality in peer-reviewed or UGC listed Journals.

Assistant Professor qualifications include:

  • Masters degree with 55% marks in concerned/relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 2 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
  • Desirable to have a Ph.D. with 2 years experience and presented papers in conferences/seminars sponsored/funded by recognized agencies.
