Position Summary

Nanalysis is seeking a Digital Marketing Communications Specialist to join our Marketing team. This highly collaborative role will work closely with the VP of Marketing to:

• Update website content and maintain the company website
• Create marketing assets, including print and digital advertisements, application notes, and email campaigns using content provided by the Applications Chemistry team
• Manage SEM, SEO, AI search optimization, and paid advertising campaigns
• Oversee and maintain social media profiles

This role offers an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to gain valuable experience and grow into a senior marketing communications position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update website content
• Create marketing materials including print ads, digital ads (728x90, 250x300), application note templates, one-page ROI sheets, and email campaigns
• Manage SEO, PPC, and other outsourced digital marketing campaigns
• Monitor and engage across social media platforms
• Coordinate conference bookings, registrations, and logistics
• Perform other administrative duties as required

Qualifications

• Strong eye for design and aesthetics
• Enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual with a passion for innovation and developing new marketing initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, etc.)
• Knowledge of web development standards and platforms, including HTML, CSS, Java, WordPress, Squarespace, and Mailchimp
• Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience
