Financial Analyst-Senior Associate

As a Financial Analyst - Senior Associate at EY GDS, you will play a critical role in delivering financial insights and operational support to the EY Global Delivery Services organization. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate and execute key Recharges & Allocations activities with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and deliver essential Recharges & Allocations reports to support financial operations.
• Produce standard financial reportssuch as Financial Statements, Functional Cost Reports, and KPI Reportsusing My Business or Adhoc Cube Member, ensuring consistent reporting across Area, Region, and Service Line levels.
• Establish and maintain effective review mechanisms to ensure accuracy and completeness of all relevant reports.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve process and reporting issues, recommending improvements where appropriate.

Qualifications required for this role:

• Solid understanding of financial analysis and reporting principles.
• Experience in preparing financial reports and conducting analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members across different regions.
