As a Financial Analyst - Senior Associate at EY GDS, you will play a critical role in delivering financial insights and operational support to the EY Global Delivery Services organization. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate and execute key Recharges & Allocations activities with accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and deliver essential Recharges & Allocations reports to support financial operations.
- Produce standard financial reportssuch as Financial Statements, Functional Cost Reports, and KPI Reportsusing My Business or Adhoc Cube Member, ensuring consistent reporting across Area, Region, and Service Line levels.
- Establish and maintain effective review mechanisms to ensure accuracy and completeness of all relevant reports.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve process and reporting issues, recommending improvements where appropriate.
Qualifications required for this role:
- Solid understanding of financial analysis and reporting principles.
- Experience in preparing financial reports and conducting analysis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
