Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesManage drivers, maintain attendance records, and ensure discipline and compliance. Coordinate with drivers and clients for timely vehicle placement as per schedules. Track vehicles during transit and provide regular status updates to clients. Ensure on-time loading, dispatch, and delivery of vehicles. Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, breakdowns, repairs, and service records to maximize fleet availability. Proactively identify potential delays, accidents, breakdowns, or other issues and inform clients and management in advance to minimize operational disruptions. Coordinate with workshop vendors and drivers to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities. Maintain trip records, PODs, fuel details, and other transportation documents. Support the operations team in resolving day-to-day transportation issues and ensuring smooth execution of shipments. Required SkillsGood communication and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and transport operations. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple vehicle movements simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Excel and WhatsApp/email communication. Experience in cold chain, logistics, or transportation operations will be preferred.
