We are looking for a performance-driven news SEO and Organic Growth Specialist to increase website traffic, improve visibility on Google Search, Google News, and Google Discover, and grow audience reach through content optimization, data analysis, and strategic publishing.

Responsibilities

• Optimize news articles and category pages for SEO.
• Improve visibility on Google News and Google Discover.
• Perform keyword and trending topic research.
• Write and optimize headlines, meta titles, and descriptions.
• Monitor indexing, crawl errors, and technical SEO health.
• Build internal linking strategies for authority growth.
• Analyze traffic, CTR, rankings, and user behavior.
• Identify high-performing content opportunities.
• Coordinate with editorial/content teams for publishing strategy.
• Track competitor performance and market trends.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly growth reports.
• Stay updated with Google algorithms and Discover changes.

Requirements

• Strong SEO knowledge.
• Understanding of news SEO.
• Experience in Google Search Console and GA4
• Know about keyword research tools.
• Content optimization skills.
• Analytical mindset.
• Excel/reporting skills.
• Good communication.
