Data Center Network Architect

We are looking for an experienced Data Center Network Architect to design and deliver scalable, high-performance network solutions for enterprise environments.

Location: Montreal (3 days onsite – mandatory)

Interview: Face-to-Face required (in the second round)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect enterprise-scale Data Center network solutions
• Develop high/low-level design documents and best practices
• Evaluate, engineer, and troubleshoot complex DC network environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in design reviews
• Support execution planning, testing, and deployment of network changes
• Act as escalation point during critical network issues
• Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years in Data Center Networking (Design/Solutioning focus)
• Strong expertise in Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF)
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Data Center technologies
• Experience with Leaf-Spine architecture, VXLAN, Multicast (PIM, IGMP)
• Strong knowledge of Ethernet technologies & IP routing protocols
• Experience with platforms like Cisco Nexus, ASR series, Arista
• OS knowledge: IOS, IOS-XE, NX-OS, IOS-XR, Arista EOS
• Certifications: CCIE (preferred) / CCNP / CCDP

Must-Have

• Strong hands-on experience in network design & architecture (not support/admin)
• Experience working on large-scale enterprise or financial environments
• Excellent documentation, communication, and presentation skills
