We are looking for high-energy interns to join our pack in two key areas: Operations and Marketing.

Option 1: Operations Intern (The Engine)

As an Operations Intern, you will be the backbone of our daily execution. You will work closely with the founding team to streamline everything from supply chain and inventory management to order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supply Chain & Inventory: Monitor raw material levels, track packaging stock, and ensure production never stops.
• Logistics & Fulfillment: Coordinate daily order processing, manage shipping partners, and ensure our products reach pet parents smoothly.
• Vendor Relations: Communicate with suppliers, source high-quality ingredients, and negotiate delivery timelines.
• Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in our daily workflow and propose smart, data-driven solutions to make our packaging and shipping processes faster and leaner.

Option 2: Marketing Intern (The Megaphone)

As a Marketing Intern, you will help tell the Supermax story, engage our community, and grow our brand across digital and physical channels. You will turn data and creativity into customer growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Social Media: Brainstorm, script, and help create highly engaging content (Reels, TikToks, Static Posts) that resonates with pet parents.
• Community Management: Engage with our online audience, answer customer queries with brand voice, and collaborate with pet influencers/creators.
• Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing product launches, email marketing flows, and local community events.
• Growth & Analytics: Track key social media metrics and ad performance to figure out what’s working and how we can scale our reach.

What We Are Looking For (Both Roles)

• The Hustle Mentality: You thrive in fast-paced environments, adapt quickly to change, and don't wait around for instruction manuals.
• Problem Solvers: You don't just spot a issue; you naturally jump in with potential solutions.
• Background: Pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree (Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, Communications, or Engineering). Prior startup or student leadership experience is a massive plus!
• Pet Lovers: A genuine passion for animals and excitement for the pet care industry is mandatory.
